| This system's future is starting to look bright! |
Nintendo revealed the announcement of a price drop for the
3DS going from $249.99 to $169.99 starting August 12th. Anyone who has connected to the
Nintendo eShop by August 11th will be eligible for 10
free NES games and 10
free GBA games. If you do not own a 3DS it is going to be a great time to buy one. You can read more about it in Nintendo's press release
here. This is obviously to combat lack luster sales and the
PlayStation Vita. I honestly did not see a price drop coming this soon. I also definitely did not see the NES games and GBA games either.
